The cooperative studio provides much more than just a shooting location. <description><![CDATA[I use about 1,000 sq ft of a 5,400 sq ft space for storage in a building I own, and my "room mate" just moved out. I'd like to find a compatible business to share the space with. Or, if someone needs 5400 sq feet, I'd rent the entire space for 3,000 per month. It has high ceilings, a drive-in door, a man- door, small office area and one bathroom. It also has about 1200 sq feet of unfinished "mezzanine" area which I don't count in the square footage because it's only reachable by fork lift or ladder. I own an old fork lift which works great, and I am happy to let a responsible user share the use of that, as long as they buy the propane from time to time. I go into my space maybe twice a month. <br>
<br>
The zoning is light industrial, which does not allow retail without a special review. There's only parking for two or three cars for this space, so a retail or automotive use wouldn't be ideal. We'd negotiate the gas and electric bill, but there are no other "common area fees" or any of that goofy stuff. I've been in business 20 years and am looking for a no-drama user. <br>
