Roomies: Two current MBA students here at CU, along with a local chef make up the crew. All males, in their mid to late twenties. The Vibe - The house is filled with lots of plants, candles, and sunlight. We both work a fair amount, but also really enjoy our living space. We keep the place quite clean and organized ‘cause that’s the way we like it. There is a full audio video system for movies, etc. but mostly for MUSIC….. Music is a good thing… We have a large kitchen and both love to cook, share the occasional meal, and entertain from time to time. Life is good, might as well LIVE it right?

The room that is available shares a bathroom with a 21-year old female student, and the bathroom, kitchen and common area are kept very clean. Male or female is OK, but whoever it is must be similarly neat and tidy person. Applicant subject to approval of other tenants. If you want a clean apartment with mature and friendly junior and senior students, this is an ideal arrangement. Especially if you want to be very easy walking distance to campus and the hill but not living with party central.

Tri-level house. The upper level has 3 beds and a bath and has wood floors. We live in one of the rooms, and another has our spare bed and such, so we occupy two rooms. The third upstairs room is kind of a free for all, with all of us having some quantity of stuff, though most of it belongs to the 3rd housemate. She currently has a futon, coffee table, and tv in there, so that will all be going. If you had anything like that stuff, you could easily put it in there. There's also a closet in that room that you'd have access to as well. The bath upstairs is ours. The middle level is living room, dining room, and kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher). The living room and dining room are wood floors and the kitchen is tile. The lower level is bedroom (yours, and is carpeted) and bathroom (yours, and is tiled) as well as laundry. It's not basement level, it's "garden level," where the windows are a few feet above ground level.
Rent is $600/month/person + utilities (which we split three ways), which thus far have averaged out to maybe $40 each/month. It's a bit more than you'd pay at some places, but it's a ton of space, and you'd be with your own private bath, of course. We don't have cable tv (just do dvds/netflix), but do have wireless internet. Also, the house has all new windows and a recent insulation installation, so heating bills will be low this winter.

I'm under 30 and have my **** together, so you need to as well. No freeloading losers who arent doing anything or going anywhere. I'm a CU graduate, and would love a student, as long as youre not a rageaholic, in fact if youre the type that comes home drunk and loud and obnoxious, this just wont work. would love someone who is competent and compassionate enough to water my plants if they need it when i'm out of town. We have a dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, espresso machine & even a panini maker you are welcome to use.
We are looking for a respectful, clean person who is employed or in school, quiet and can occupy themselves (we currently work out of the house, and aren't looking for a hard-core party roommate who always needs to chat and socialize) and who does not smoke tobacco but is 420 friendly. Give us our space, and we'll give you yours is our attitude.
