The place has a backyard with both grass and a concrete patio, which allows for a gas or charcoal grill. There are shared laundry facilities for the whole complex. The location we're in is great for walking/biking/riding the bus to campus, downtown, or really anywhere in Boulder. The utilities for the place are usually around $40 a person, and the deposit amounts to one months rent. Once again I'll be leaving by January 1st but can depart anytime before that if necessary.

So, you're probably look at this post because you're looking for place to live. Like most people, you're probably thinking to yourself, "Gee, I'd really like to live somewhere that doesn't suck hard." Seems pretty reasonable.

But next you're thinking, "You know what would be really nice? A whole upstairs floor to myself." Yeah, that sounds pretty nice. "Oh yeah!" you chime in. "A bathroom all to myself would be killer." Right o�"Oh! And a frickin' sweet private deck that looks out over the whole street. Yes." Great. Sounds good.

Then you really start thinking. "Wait. But what if there was a kickass porch BELOW that deck. Has a porch swing and everything. And then, like, it has a little yard with a fence and a backyard and grill and shed and everything. THAT would be pretty awesome." Yeah, totally.

"OK, OK. Now, what if it has this really expansive interior with hardwood floors, an old stove fireplace and a bunch of exposed brick." OK, yeah, this is sounding pretty great.

"BUT!" you interject (in your head), "What if this sundae had a final cherry on top? What if it had a washer AND dryer? Yes." That sounds really fanta�

"Hold on," you rudely interrupt in your mind. "One last thing. What would be really sick is if this place were, like, I don't know, one block off Pearl Street and like three down from all the Pearl Street Mall, just a few steps away from all the restaurants and coffee shops or a few stumbles away from the bars. . . . Duuuuuude."

Then you fall silent for a second. The wheels are turning. "Really, I don't want to pay more than $750 plus a little more for utilities." . . . "Oh yeah! And I'd love to move in immediately. That'd be really fantastic." OK, well that�

"Oh!" you light up. "It'd be really sweet to live with two dudes who are creatives at the world's best advertising agency that just happens to also be in Boulder. And it'd also be nice if they were both short. And sort of looked alike. I'm not really sure why. Just feels right."
