Are you coming to Colorado from overseas or elsewhere, but rather than stay in a hotel or motel desire a welcoming, personal environment, inhabited by a holistically-oriented, spiritually inclined couple?

Then look no further!

We rent the extra bedroom in our modest townhome on a temporary basis with the idea of a holistic B & B, but with one "B" only, meaning board. We don't provide breakfast, but instead, either encourage our guests to seek out culinary variety in the neighborhood, or to bring in simple food items (such as cereal and milk, or toast) or snacks (such as pre-made salads and/or sandwiches) that don't require much in the way of preparation or storing. You, of course, are welcome to enjoy tea and coffee here!

We are in a secure area, across from a delightful park and small shopping center with three restaurants (a destination pizza place, a delicious Japanese restaurant, and an Italian Bistro), and a coffee shop. You will be more comfortable when staying with us if you have either your own car, or a rental vehicle. That will give you easy access to the nearby Rocky Mountains and surrounding areas (including extensive shopping just a mile away, with many more eating establishments to suit a variety of tastes!).

We can assist you with the details of your trip if you like, including picking you up from the airport for a fee.

The guest bedroom is suitable for one person or a couple, it has a full/queen sized antique sleigh bed, and its own attached private bathroom. Other amenities available "on site" (and at reasonable fees) include a variety of energy sessions, including Reiki, and several fabulous energy devices and machines!!! We require a two night minimum stay, and maximum stay is three weeks, as our townhome, although cozy and fun, is both limited in size (the kitchen especially), and also serves as our place of operation for various businesses. Longer term, we find, can cramp yours (and our) style! (Therefore, no long term inquiries, please - at least, without a substantial financial offer - LOL!!!) We charge $48.00 per night for one person or $58.00 per night for a couple. No dogs, cats, or children, please, as we are not set up for these contingencies, thank you.

I am going to be away for the holidays and I am renting my condo on Folsom and Iris. I will be gone from December 20th to January 2nd or 3rd. I will be renting the downstairs which has a futon and kitchen. The bathroom is upstairs. I am minutes from town, walking distance from two parks and a big Safeway. I also have a washer and dryer. The condo now has hardwood floors and I would expect that anybody staying would treat them and my home respectively.

This five bedroom home has ample open space for large groups and many private spaces. It is elegantly furnished to make your vacation comfortable as well as memorable. On the main (street) level is the master bedroom suite with a gas fireplace, a memory-foam king size bed, jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a door that opens to the back deck with views of the mountains and the river. The master bedroom has a TV and DVD. The main level has an open design with a large kitchen, family room, and living room.

There is a formal dining room that seats 10 while the kitchen area seats another six people. The kitchen is well equipped to entertain for a crowd with a wine cooler, double oven, gas range, granite island and is open to the family room.

The cozy family room has a large stone fireplace and views to the river and an HDTV TV and sound system. The deck has outdoor table and chairs for summer dining and a gas grill. Laundry facilities are available on the main level as well as a two car heated garage.

The upper level of the house sleeps eight people with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms (two queen and two twins). One of the twins can be made up into a King bed. Each of the rooms is decorated with quality linens and furniture and all have new mattresses. The queen bedrooms have excellent views of the river and wooded area behind the house.

The lower level is the place for kids and young at heart to hang out. It is a huge area with a full bathroom, a pool table, large sectional sleeper sofa and TV as well as a separate media room with large screen TV and sound system. We provide several inflatable mattresses for additional sleeping on lower level. You can walk out to the back yard and private hot tub from the lower level. The condo sleeps up to 4 people--two on a queen-size Murphy bed and two on a full-size sofa sleeper. It is very comfortable for three adults or two adults and two kids. It is located on the first floor, opens to a large patio, and is just steps away from the fitness center and hot tubs. There are great views of the Continental Divide from the condo.

Other condo amenities include 32-inch flat screen TV, wireless internet access, alarm clock with iPod docking station, DVD player, premium cable TV, movie collection, deluxe shower massager, gas fireplace, great artwork, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, iron/board and a sled for the kids (sledding hill is right next to the condo building).

The condo is located in a full service resort at the foot of the mountain, secluded in the pine forest between the bases of the Winter Park and the Mary Jane ski areas. It is located about 100 feet uphill on The Corridor ski trail, away from the hustle and bustle of the Winter Park village. The resort has an indoor-outdoor pool, two large hot tubs, fitness center with weight room and cardio machines, steam room, and a massage center. There is a ski shop at the resort to rent or purchase equipment. There is a cozy restaurant and lounge on-site.
