The Web Development Manager will be responsible for redeveloping and managing the American Solar Energy Society’s website, including database integration and user interactivity. This is a full time position based in Boulder, Colorado.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Develop an industry-leading website that provides the user-friendly information and functionality needed to help the organization speed the transition to a sustainable energy economy.
2. Develop a Web Strategic Plan with the vision and roadmap for web design modifications, enhanced functionality and user-friendliness needed to meet the needs of targeted web users.
3. Conduct a thorough review of the current website to assess its strengths and weaknesses and opportunities for improvements to better meet the needs of web users.
4. Identify and clarify priorities, milestones, and schedules, based on stakeholder feedback.
