In our new business expansion project we are looking for an administrative assistant for the accounting area.
As a new Financial Administration Assistant, you will join the finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Team Manager, you will work alongside your HQ colleagues on proper financial administration to ensure compliance with regulatory controls and company standards that ensure the integrity of the organisation's financial data.
Your challenges
- Costumer Service regarding the financial department.
- Prepare and send overdue customer statements.
- Check incoming bills according to conditions.
- Responsible for gathering expenses for our employees.
- Be the point of contact with external advisors & insurance company.
- Review and provide accurate accounting according to the USA laws.
- Be responsible of the commission report from sales force.
- Guaranteeing general compliance.

We're looking for:
- Proven experience in the areas of accounting, taxes, commercial law.
- Knowledge of SAP BO will be mandatory.
- Initiative and strong communication skills to communicate confidently with our customers and HQ in Spain.
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus.
We offer:
- 45K/55K Salary Gross per year. (open to negotiate)
- Full time contract.
- Working hours:
-Winters: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Fridays from 08:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Summer (July and August): from 08:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
- Holidays: 20 days paid holiday, plus US recognized holidays.
