Masterbedroom: has double blackout shades with extra side rail tracks. Spacious and clean, with pretty nice organized walk-in closet space. Organic natural latex, medium to plush bed is very comfortable with an additional topper if you like it even more plush. The couch is a swivel, recliner and rocker which I used for nursing. We have most essentials; towels, sheets, hangers, blankets, pillows etc. Your ensuite bathroom is with a shower with glass cabin.
Second bedroom: Current layout has an Organic Latex Hybrid twin bed, firm with an optional plush topper. Ill update the pictures by November 1st. We have pack and play from 4 moms among many other baby/toddler essentials, toys etc that you can use in sparkling clean condition. Second bathroom is identical to the ensuite one with a bathtub instead.
The entire unit has laminate floors. A/C cooler and heater. Washer& Dryer in unit. All storage spaces have organizers set in them. Equipped kitchen with various appliances that are not pictured. A decent sized balcony with partial mountain view.
Rent for the apartment is $2750. It includes a private closed garage and extra off street parking. Available from November, flexible term. Possible to renew to long term. Can be made available unfurnished. No smoking. Pet friendly community.
