Utilities are billed separately and include clean mountain spring water, septic, grid power, and trash service.
Rent is $1,080/month. First, last, and deposit (refundable) are required to move in. $300 refundable pet deposit. A one-year lease is preferred, and well-behaved pets may be considered with a deposit.
