I'm looking for a housemate (possibly two) in a shared 4 bedroom house starting on FEBRUARY 1st!!!. House is in West Longmont, close to Macintosh Lake. I am a 43 yo m-le, own the home, have two very friendly and awesome mixed dogs, named Batman and Grizzly. Super great dogs. There are two room downstairs. I like to keep a clean home, dishes must be put in the dishwasher, clean up after yourself, etc. Do share the upstairs kitchen. Downstairs living room is furnished, with a tv, couches, and a foosball table, also a fireplace. Would have some garage space. Plenty of onsite parking. Nice washer dryer. Heating and air conditioning. Nice yard in front, and fenced in yard in back. Also have a 15'X15X music stage, where I have shows and play music. Kegerator in the house. Have Bleutooth locks on the house and garage. Also have security cameras. Great neighbors. Garden in the summer with tomatoes/strawberries/zucchini/jalapenos, and whatever else we think will grow. Have a Traeger smoker on the back porch. Close to Macintosh Lake. Got Verizon WiFi, pretty fast. Have Netflix/Disney +/HBO/and Prime/MLB TV. It's a great place to live!!!
