Studio's are rented out to current residents if/ when they come available so your best shot at one is to take a lesser room in the interim...(There are 2 common kitchens and 9 common bathrooms in the building).
Note: Because these units are rented on a month to month basis we ask that you only apply if you are looking to rent what we have currently available. If you wish to rent at a later date (such as months from now) please contact us at that time. We do not reserve rooms unsecured (i.e. deposit/rent). Thank you.
