Very cute single bedroom apartment complex in really pretty area with main street access to quickly reach tons of places including Downtown Louisville, Superior, Old Town Lafayette, Centaurus High School, the Flatirons Crossing Mall, and Boulder and CU. Right down the street from a King Soopers too!
The apartment itself is 500 sq ft. unfirnished. A living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. Was renovated right before we moved in so we were the first residents with all new appliances, vinyl wood flooring, and a lovely remodeled bathroom. Have had no problems with anything. Gets good natural light through the windows. Also has AC and is wired up for internet. Pet friendly with fee.
The complex also has many amenities including laundry room, fitness center, grills, a fire pit, outdoor seating, and a lovely grass courtyard with shade from some gorgeous big trees. A fairly active community as well. People are super friendly, many know each other by name, often hanging out together outside in the courtyard or using the grills and eating outside.
The management company is offsite and extremely easy to work with. Everything is done through a portal but I have had no issue getting things figured out over the phone. There is groundskeeper for the complex who is around very often and can get most jobs done quickly by himself.
