The space is best seen to be appreciated. Wrap-around decks, nature all around, birds singing most of the year, and wonderful forest creatures we share our 1 + acre with. The National Forest is then adjacent. It is unique, quiet, and private, in the forest/foothills. We can hike out the back door to through national forest. Cheerful, and a lot of natural sun.
The space:
Is furnished with the furniture shown in the pictures. All but the bedroom furniture can be stored. All rooms are filled with natural light throughout. Three TV's throughout. French doors out to decks and nature. Beautiful custom tongue and groove pine paneling. Quality aspen hand wood furnishings and stocked with all the essentials. Turn-key ready.
Laundry, large bath with tub/shower combination, Queen bed with computer/personal desk space, great room with living room, full kitchen, and a wonderful bonus room that can be an office, den, music or yoga/fitness/craft space. Just not a second bedroom. It is approximately 12X12 feet.
Owner resides above and is easygoing and respectful. Thie pictures don't show it: but construction this spring has 100% separated tthe up and downstairs with a wall and door. The laundry room is in the rented apt and is shared: the only thing that is shared. Respectful measures are in place for sharing that space. No nicotine. 4:20 OK, as long as not a major stoner. A pet is considered; with landlord approval. Great fenced yard for dogs. Owners' dogs are kind and friendly but not intrusive.
Lease is required at least to April 1, 2026. Lyons has become quite a fun town with great free music many nights and a great vibe. Estes is, well, an amazing place to enjoy. Ppl travel many miles to be in it for a day or two.
