Recently renovated walk out basement studio apartment, available mid August. This 900 square foot space is perfect for one person and fully furnished (couch, table, chairs, coffee table, etc.) although items can be removed as needed. Utilities are included (water, electricity, internet) with the exception of trash which can be taken to the Nederland Transfer Station. The space is all electric.

Apartment is located off Magnolia Road with quick access to Boulder (20 min), Nederland (15 min), Eldora Ski Resort (20 min) and an endless outdoor playground. The ideal person will be excited to have their own space yet appreciate engaging with our family and a wonderful local community.

If the renter is interested, we can exchange help around the house for reduced rent. This could include watching our goofy dog, kiddo care, lawn care, various errands, etc. The ideal person would be looking for a 6 month to year lease and share solid references.
