This air conditioner takes up a few feet of floor space and vents out the window. It’s in good shape, has all of the window installation pieces and I just discovered that it has an unused remote. Has minor scuffs, but no broken parts works way better than the "sit in the window types". 1200 btu covers 450-550 sqft, that’s around a 20’x25’room. If I still have it in the springtime, I'll relist it at double the price and it'll still be a good deal. I can drop it off to you or meet you in or near Boulder as I live in the mountains.
