If you are a quilter or a sewer and just starting out - you will have everything you need at your finger tips.
Here are things I looked up about this machine and the quilter/embroidery part. (I also have lots of examples things she did with this machine. I also have big quilt panels she had finished and never got to putting it together - it is beautiful - all in a chest that she bought to store it in as she made it - unfortunately she will never complete it and none of the family are sewers)
It "lived" in Littleton and was always serviced and well taken care of.)
This is a great, dependable little powerhouse of a machine.

It has an all metal housing, which is rare these days. It is a beautiful machine.
The Pfaff 7570 is the last machine produced in Germany. It is heavy duty, precision and an amazing sewing machine to use. This machine does have the DUAL FEED (IDT) system that Pfaff is known for.
The Pfaff 7570 has 229 stitches, sensor buttonholes in many styles and a multi directional feeding system, which will produce patterns up to 60mm wide!
The Pfaff 7570 has a smoothness and precision not found in current sewing machines. It has a free arm and a high speed, industrial rotary hook system for perfect stitch quality. Tensions are stable and reliable thanks to the all metal hook and the advanced, universal tension system on the upper tension.
This machine is wonderful for the quilter as it offers 19 needle positions and a 9mm stitch width. The stitch is very strong, straight and precise. There is also a wonderful selection of stitches for the quilter including blanket stitches, stippling stitch, invisible applique’ stitch and a “hand” quilting stitch.
The hook system in this machine is the HIGH SPEED ROTARY SYSTEM that Pfaff is famous for.
