Super rare! Only 3 of these exist that I know of and this is the only one for sale! A collector's item most definitely.

Now that CO is going to be allowing additional dwelling units, you can use this for an additional living space or rental space!
Beefy bones, really stong "skeleton" and holds up better than Aerostreams of this age. built incredibly well!

Could be used as:

-Could make a great addition to a collectors collection and restored to show off this mid-mod beauty

STURDY
-SOLID skeleton structure
-Structurally solid bones with stainless siding
-Other campers with metal siding like airstream would not have held up like this if same age.

STORAGE
-401 Continental gas engine (in back)
-50 gal tank (left side)
-6 compartments for storing luggage, several large water tanks, water heater, propane, battery, generator plug electric 120 volt plug(to be run outside of bus for safety), and waste water.
ROOMY
-Easy to stand up!
-Well thought-out spacious layout
-Original mid mod coffee table/bench and side table
-collectible mid-mod fiberglass lamp coverings
-Retro battery powered lights and speaker system
-Mid-Mod brass details throughout
-Living area has room for an armchair and small couch

-emergency exit in bedroom closet and emergency exit window

-2 Beds in back (can be made into couches)

-Dining area can also be transformed into bed
-I would imagine with 2 beds, couch and dining room bed, you might be able to sleep 5 people comfortably?

-maybe 5'10" tall ceilings inside

HISTORY
-It did run, last time it was running was 20 years ago in 1991, got 3 mi to gallon
-Got a few parts replacements from downtown Chicago
-Checkerboard design added, black and white with a fine red line detail
-These coach busses had good engines to run across the country
-Were used to transport service guys 70 years ago!
-Beefy engine was used in battleships during war, would run them for 200h, shut off, drain out oil and start again!
-Ran generators during war
-This has been a landmark amongst Longmont locals for the past 20 years, we hope to find it a good home
