We are selling our Guava Family Bassinet Conversion Kit plus 3 fitted sheets. We outgrew them and are ready to pass it along to the next family. This can turn a Guava crib (pack and play) into a bassinet. You will need the Guava crib to make the bassinet (Does not include the crib).
