THE SPINE: LeMond Spine - handmade in the USA of custom double-butted 6066 aluminum
THE COCKPIT: Created with a patented, secret process, OCLV carbon uses high-pressure molds that optimally compact the layers of epoxy-impregnated carbon fibers, squeezing out voids that create weak spots. The end result is a structure that’s very light and stiff, yet able to damp road vibrations that add to rider fatigue.
THE RIDE: The resulting frame is a marriage of ride quality with low weight. The stiffness of the Spine provides sprinting and climbing efficiency, while the carbon Cockpit minimizes weight and mutes road shock before it is transferred to the rider.
