I'm 5' 11" and I would recommend this for people my height or taller. Very good shape, but has one small flaw - missing the cover of one of the shifters (see second photo).
It has a suspension seat post, rigid forks. The handlebars are easily adjustable. 21 speed. All gears work. It has a very low gear for hills.
