The fiberglass lightweight racing wheels make the bike glide smoothly down the road. The fiberglass wheels are brand new and cost $500. The original aluminum wheels are included, in case you want a slightly heavier training workout.
I am only selling because I got a hybrid bike, and I do much shorter rides these days. I haven't used the bike in 3 years.
