Priority Bicycles Classic Plus street/commuter bike. This has a Gates Carbon Drive - it's a belt (vs chain) drive, with a 3-speed Shimano nexus hub. It's clean and quiet and extremely low (no?) maintenance compared to a conventional chain drive. All the shifting mechanism is sealed inside the hub. It's had low use and is in excellent condition. I bought it to ride with my daughter who, surprise, lost interest. I recently moved to Boulder and am selling to buy a mountain bike. I have the original owner's manual and instructions, etc. Google reviews of Priority Bicycles.
