I have a lovely example of an American made, Chicago Schwinn bike for sale. This bike is 62 years old and in quite good shape; however, it does have some surface rust and a few dings and dents that show its age and character. But other than these cosmetic blemishes it is in immaculate mechanical order. It has been fully torn down and refurbished.
Front Hub: torn down, cleaned, repacked with fresh grease.
Headset: torn down cleaned, repacked with fresh grease.
Bottom Bracket: torn down, cleaned, repacked with fresh grease.
Rear Hub: 2 speed kickback hub, Rebuilt at Vecchio's in Boulder.
Chain: new
Tires: New/Tan Wall-I have one older tire that I will include with the bike.
This bike is in amazing shape and rides as smooth as silk. Come own this piece of history.
