This is a bike project/fixer upper! If you aren't willing to put some time, energy and money into it then don't bother showing up to look it at....this is a bike for DIY'ers with some skill, tools and a willingness to commit to project.
At the very least, it will need a saddle, tubes/tires, a very thorough cleaning, most likely some minor tuning to the brakes and/or derailleurs and it will need a very small weld fix to a small crack under the seat post - this is where it was originally welded when the frame was built, so it just needs to be re-welded in the same place.
I bought it about a year or two ago as a project with the intention of completely rebuilding it, because I see the value in the custom steel frame (made by Steve Dorris). But, I've not got around to it and I'm cleaning out my garage to make space.
