There are brands like ONNO doing $100 million a year with only 6-10 people. That's where we're heading.
I need an Everything Person You'll start as my right-hand and grow from there.
You will not be doing calendar management or booking flights.
You'll be working on whatever I'm working on. The goal is to double my bandwidth.
At first, you'll follow my lead. But I'm hiring for someone who pushes back with better ideas. When you're right, we'll do it your way. The more often that happens, the more your scope grows. There is no ceiling to this role.
In the ideal world: you're as good or better than me and over the years you grow into a co-CEO role. That does not have to happen though. You can remain more a right-hand person if you want. I'm happy with either one.
• Work next to me (Jack, the CEO) every day, helping directly with my work or taking on my projects.
• Call retail stores to get our product into stores. Here you'll figure out the process, then hand it off to someone else, who we will hire together. Then manage that person.
• Influencer outreach for TikTok Shops. Same thing. You'll figure out the process, then hand it off to someone else. This is a huge project.
• Manage a newly launched electrolyte brand (ONNO Hydration): meaning retention marketing and developing ads for Meta. Don't worry, I'll be helping you.
• Designing AI systems, building spreadsheets, running analytics, helping figure out which products to launch.
• Hopefully, you're up for anything. For any kind of project. That's what I have to do. I have to be able to turn in any direction and work on lots of different kinds of projects.
Who you are
• You want to go all in on a growing DTC company and help grow it.
• You have a CEO mentality. You generate your own ideas, figure out how to implement them, and drive them forward.
• You get things done. Fast. We don't need more ideas. We need someone who does the work.
• You work at least 40 hours a week, sometimes more, because you're wired that way. Not because I'm pressuring you.
• You're opinionated and entrepreneurial with strong ideas.
• You're comfortable wearing many hats. Influencer outreach one day, spreadsheets the next, launching a brand the week after.
• You're willing to do any work.
Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience. If you do well, you'll earn significantly more over time.
Employment type: Full-time, salaried, exempt.
Benefits: Health insurance available after a 90-day waiting period (employer contribution toward employee-only coverage; dependents available at employee's cost). 10 days paid vacation annually. Paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. Access to Colorado FAMLI (state-administered Paid Family & Medical Leave). No dental, vision, or retirement benefits offered at this time.
Location: North Boulder office. This is not a remote position.
