allowed. XCEL ENERGY has an abundant Service Fleet to take care of OCCURRING ( ! ) problems with their Electric- and Gas delivery systems. And the Boulder ( and surrounding towns ) Fire Department is equally staffed, In Case a fire occurs.
But this City Has seen high winds for decades ( I’ve been here since 1974… ), and there has NEVER been a reasoned action towillfully sut off a Public Service !
