Marv's Quality Towing Inc. has been proudly providing reliable, high-quality towing and roadside assistance to the Boulder area since 1963. We tow anything, anywhere, anytime and proudly serve a wide range of customers — from private individuals and motor clubs to commercial accounts, equipment hauls, container services, and local police departments.
We're looking for an energetic, fast-learning, customer-focused Dispatcher who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a fun, team-oriented workplace. What You'll Do:
-Answer incoming calls for towing, roadside assistance, and emergency services
-Dispatch trucks for our commercial accounts and dedicated fleets using our digital dispatch platform
-Create jobs, schedule weekly runs, read and respond to emails
-Assist customers with vehicle releases to insurance companies and the general public
-Handle minor clerical tasks and help keep the office running smoothly
-Support the team with flexibility — including helping in the shop when needed
Training: Because this role has many layers, we provide comprehensive hands-on and on-the-job training for 2–4 weeks to set you up for success.

Important Note: This is an emergency service — days can range from quiet to very busy. You must be flexible and available to work days, weekends, holidays, and snow days as needed to support our customers and team.
Requirements:
-Reliable transportation (especially important on snow days to arrive on time)
-Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful personality
-Excellent computer skills — comfortable with typing, digital systems, Google Email, and Outlook
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize calls quickly, and make fast decisions
-Clear speaking voice for phone and dispatch radio
-Good legible handwriting
-Ability to pass a background check and MVR (driving record) check
-Willingness to learn vehicle basics (e.g., AWD vs. 2WD) — we’ll train you!
-Knowledge of the Boulder and Denver metro area is a big plus
-Nice-to-have: General knowledge of vehicles and towing is helpful, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are even more important.
