Job Summary:
Assisting customers via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner.
Ability to professionally communicate in an understanding but straightforward manner at all times

A typical day goes by quickly. It is a fast pace environment and things can get busy with lots of multi tasking.
It takes a team effort to manage the workload. Once trained on our industry specific software, we anticipate the candidate can manage 50 or so phone orders along with incoming web orders and quick quotes.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am am to 5pm
Responsibilities and Duties
Entering customer orders in DBC computer system that are called in or placed through our website
Processing credit card orders
Answering customer billing inquiries
Updating customer account info and change of address location info
Assisting sales dept with quote responses and correspondence
Working with the dispatch staff to help maximize scheduling efficiency
Qualifications and Skills
Strong customer service experience and background
Strong attention to detail is mandatory
Must be flexible and able to wear many hats at times
