Runs and drives! Passed emissions before but failed twice most recently, hydrocarbons and co.

Bought this 1991 na rx7 to build a track car. Rebuilt the engine at 72000 miles with:
rew spec turbo rotors,
e&j 2mm 2 piece apex seals.
All new side and corner seals.
New eccentric shaft, and bearings
And all new silicone vacuum lines
Exedy stage 2 clutch with throwout bearing.

The seats are torn, the soft top is not in great shape, the paint isn't great. Its still N/A even though it has turbo rotors so its not very fast. Never decided if I wanted to build custom or bite the oem turbo2 bullet.
Housing fell through so I dont have the space to work on it anymore.
