All the build for this van was completed in the fall/spring of 22’/23’. I lived in it as is for 6 months and decided I am not, in fact, a van lifer. This is a great deal for someone who wants the feel of customizing their space and getting a little experience in electrical or water without having to commit to doing the whole project. I’ve done the most time consuming projects and all that’s left is the fun stuff (e.i. Designing and building the actual living experience). Plus, 98% of the materials to complete the project are included. It’s basically the biggest, best craft kit anyone could ask for. See below for many many many details including materials lists of what you get vs what would be left for you to complete the space.

I have included a list of what I have finished and what materials are included for you to do with what you wish. Finishing the cabinetry can be done with custom cabinetry or you can retrofit prefab cabinets, whatever floats your boat. Thanks for looking.

The build:
What I have completed:
Floor:
bottom insulation with 1in bedliner.
¾ in plywood
Single sheet vinyl floor cover
Does not develop cracks between pieces over time due to vibration and temp changes.
Walls and Windows
Reflectix on applicable surfaces
Rockwool in all wall crevasses
Spray foam in applicable cracks
2 ocean quality boat windows (adapted) on back door
1 ocean quality boat window (adapted) on R window
Ceiling:
MaxxAir Fan Deluxe
Reflectix on total ceiling surface area
Rockwool on total ceiling surface area
Cedar paneling (air purifying properties)
Smoke alarm

Electrical:
This system was charged to run all of my daily electronics + 8-9 hrs of a 100W computer on only solar. Needless to say, it’s massive . The battery has never been under 98%.
400W Solar on roof
200a/h 12V battery Lithium Ion
Main Solar shut off
Main Battery Shut off
Renogy Rover 40A Charge Controller
Renogy Smart Shunt
Victron Energy Lynx Power In 1000
Renogy 1000W Inverter
Victron Energy Battery Monitor
Current wiring:
2 amp Solenoid valve (for dump tank)
10 amp: water pump
25 amp USB plant
10 amp: MaxxFan
2 amp: Garage Lights
5 amp: House lights
Breaker for inverter connection (AC power connection)

Bed:
Current bed gives gargle space large enough for bikes to be put standing up without front wheelZ
Full Sized Bed that faces horizontal to the direction of the car and can easily fit someone laying perpendicular who is 5’10”
The bed fits taller bodies at an angle on the bed as well.
I’ve co-slept with 6ft + partners and not had space issues.
Other:
I have set the rivet nuts in basically any hole you would need to add paneling to.
