The User Experience (UX) portfolio at NIST PSCR is conducting a virtual reality (VR) training study and they’re looking for participants in the Boulder/Denver area.
The study will train participants on hazardous materials monitoring tasks using VR. Findings from this study will help researchers understand how different training approaches can improve learning and task performance.

40-50 minutes in length
Watching training videos and participating in training simulations
Answering survey questions and performing instructed tasks
Who Can Participate:
Must be 18+
U.S. Citizen
No prior training on hazardous gas monitoring
Normal or corrected to normal vision
Can move around in VR with a headset and controllers
Must be local or willing to travel to Boulder, CO
