Full-Time Nanny Needed January 1, 2026 (7 AM – 3 PM, Monday–Friday) Location: Broomfield, CO
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and reliable full-time nanny (W2 only) to care for our two young boys (ages 2 and 1) beginning January 1, 2026. This position will be Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, for at least two months. The position will go to part-time as I heal from surgery after about 2 months.
I will be recovering from surgery during this period, so we need someone confident, capable, and warm who can help keep our home running smoothly and care for our children with consistency and kindness.
About the Children:
* 2-year-old boy: Fun, excited, active toddler who attends school Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:30–11:00 AM. Still in diapers but approaching potty training timeframe. Still takes 1 nap a day.
* 1-year-old: Sweet, snuggly, busy little one who stays home full-time. Still in diapers. Takes 2 naps a day.
Responsibilities:
* Daily care and engagement for both children
* School drop-off and pick-up for our 2-year-old on Tues/Thurs
* Light housekeeping related to the children (dishes, their laundry, tidying play areas)
* Following our family’s disciplinary style and routines
* Assisting with potty training when the time comes
* Creating a clean, safe, and fun environment
Requirements:
* Prior childcare, nannying, or teaching experience
* Clean driving record
* Reliable and safe vehicle (we will provide car seats)
* Current Infant CPR certification required
* Comfortable with light household tasks
* Energetic, clean, and genuinely enjoys working with young children
* Dependable and aligned with our approach to behavior and discipline
Benefits:
* Pay starts at $25 per hour & will increase based on experience

* Mileage will be paid for any child related driving
* All outings & costs related to kids will be paid for
Start date: January 1, 2026. There will be 2 weeks of hands on training before my surgery.
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday Duration: Minimum 2 months at full time with possibility to extend after that to a part-time basis.
My husband works from home full time. I will be home full-time healing & going to physical therapy. So we would love someone who does not mind this dynamic of us being home & can take charge with the kids. We will be hiring someone with W-2 & provide PTO & sick leave & mileage for all child related driving. This position will require a signed contract to confirm expectations, benefits and abilities.
