We are looking for an All-Star Executive Function Skills Mentor to join our team. As a Mentor, you would provide a professional, therapeutic relationship to clients generally age 13-25. This means supporting high school age through college age students plan, organize, and follow through with assignments, daily tasks, and appointments. You are encouraged to “show up” with your own personality, interests, and humor while upholding excellent boundaries. This is a part-time position with competitive hourly pay.
-Working knowledge of how ADHD impacts individuals.
-Communicate and collaborate with teams often consisting of parents, therapist, and psychiatrist.
-Experience working in mental health settings such as wilderness therapy programs, therapeutic boarding schools, or residential treatment centers a huge plus.
-Master’s degree preferred but we will consider a Bachelor’s degree with considerable experience.
-Follow COVID-19 guidelines for in-person meetings: maintain at least 6 feet distance, masks, outdoor meetings only.
-Ability to connect virtually with clients.
