PUBLIC LIEN SALE — OPEN TO ALL BUYERS
This SolarEdge Home Hub Single SKU inverter is offered for sale pursuant to a lawful possessory (artisan’s) lien under Colorado Revised Statutes § 38-20-106.
The sale is conducted in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner via a public, sealed-bid, blind auction to recover an unpaid balance and reasonable costs of secured storage and sale.
This is not a private or pre-arranged transaction. Please do not contact Seller with offers outside the bid process.

This is not a retail sale — it is a public lien auction of a new, never-installed unit.
WARRANTY DISCLOSURE
This inverter is new, unopened, and never commissioned. SolarEdge publishes a typical 12-year limited residential warranty, with possible paid extensions under SolarEdge policies.
Warranty start date, transferability, and eligibility are determined solely by SolarEdge based on the serial number.
Buyer must independently verify warranty directly with SolarEdge prior to bidding.
Seller provides no personal warranty; any rights are solely those of the manufacturer.
