The Coffee Ride is a small but mighty coffee roasting company in Boulder Co. roasting unique and fun specialty coffees. We're seeking an awesome person with the primary role of being a barista in our cafe at our roastery. Prior coffee experience is a bonus, but not required.
What's the plus piece? As a small roastery and cafe we all wear a lot of different hats and are required to pivot based on the needs of the day. While some days the cafe is busy and we need to place emphasis on customer service and making drinks. Other days fulfilling orders and packaging coffee might be the priority. Part of this role includes some baking and ability to follow recipes creating our house-made seasonal syrups.

We have split shifts that start at either 6am or 8:30 until 1 and 3:30. Ability to work weekends is also a plus. We also have coffee catering service which shifts will vary.
