Black Cat Bistro in downtown Boulder is hiring a back-waiter!
We are a family owned farm-to-table restaurant featuring a unique tasting menu option along with a la carte and award-winning wine list. We focus on providing a memorable experience to each and every guest that walks in the door. We offer authentic and professional service as well as world class food and beverages.
We are hiring a part-time back-waiter, and here is what to expect:
-You will be expected to train as back-wait, host, and expo. We believe that this leads to the most flexible, well rounded staff possible. This training period takes between 1-2 weeks.
Requirements for consideration:
-Availability weeknights (especially Monday and Tuesday)
-Availability Thanksgiving and other major holidays
-At least 1 year of previous restaurant experience, fine-dining is preferred
-A basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
-A basic knowledge of food and cooking techniques
