Line cooks work 4 - 10hr days with three days off per week. The right person is someone who likes a fast pace environment with a great attention to detail.
We are looking for:
Garde Mange/Pantry cooks
Meat cooks (wood fired grill and upright steak broiler), work with A5 wagyu and dry aged steaks. Meat cutting experience is preferred but not required.
