The Mission -- To maintain the operational flow and hygiene of the restaurant by ensuring all equipment is sanitized and the facility is spotless.
What You’ll Do-
Sanitization: Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, cookware, utensils, and smallwares efficiently.
Facility Care: Maintain the cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, and shelving units throughout the shift.
Receiving Support: Assist in the organized storage and rotation of incoming kitchen deliveries.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safe work practices (e.g., chemical handling).
Shift Duties: Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing cleaning tasks as assigned by leadership.
Professionalism: Arrive on time, appropriately groomed, and ready to support the team.
