I’m looking for a Food Product Developer, R&D Chef, or Food Scientist to help develop a line of popsicles.
I need someone who can help refine the formula for taste, texture, consistency, freezing performance, and scalability.
I’m also looking for someone who can clearly explain the functional benefits of each ingredient being used not just what goes into the recipe, but why it’s there. This includes hydration benefits, texture and stability, flavor balance, nutrition, and how each ingredient supports the overall product story.
Ideal experience includes:
Frozen desserts, popsicles, beverages, or functional foods
Working with stabilizers like guar gum, pectin, xanthan gum, or similar
Understanding flavor balance, sweetness, mouthfeel, and texture
Experience developing products that can eventually be produced at scale
Bonus if you have experience with electrolyte or hydration products
This is an early-stage product, so I’m looking for someone collaborative who can help refine the current at-home recipe and continue partnering with us as we scale toward higher-level production.
