About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Server to join the front-of-house team at Lotus Moon Vegan Pho! If you have a passion for providing warm hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be proud of the fresh, plant-based food you serve, we’d love to meet you.
(Experience with or knowledge of Asian cuisine is a huge plus!)
Responsibilities:
Greet, seat, and provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to all guests.
Guide guests through our menu, confidently answering questions, making recommendations, and accommodating dietary needs.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and process them efficiently through our POS system.
Deliver food and drinks promptly, collaborating closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area, including bussing and resetting tables for new guests.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a true team-player mindset.
Ability to hustle, multitask, and stay highly organized under pressure.
Familiarity with POS systems and standard restaurant cash handling.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred: Previous experience in an Asian restaurant and/or a passion for Asian vegetarian/vegan cuisine.
