Requirements
✔ Previous hotel front desk experience required
✔ Experience working in a fast-paced hotel environment
✔ Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) required
✔ Experience with systems such as Opera, OnQ, Fosse, SynXis, StayNTouch, or similar preferred
✔ Strong understanding of hotel check-in and check-out procedures
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods
✔ Professional appearance and demeanor
✔ Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
✔ Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Process reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily balancing procedures
Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to guest inquiries
Resolve guest concerns and service issues professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
Follow hotel standards, policies, and procedures
