Prep & Line Cook – Small Kitchen Team
We are looking for a reliable Prep & Line Cook to join our small kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced but supportive environment and takes pride in preparing quality food.
Responsibilities:
Food prep including knife skills, portioning, and basic recipe preparation
Cooking and plating menu items during service
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
Assisting with daily kitchen setup and closing duties
Following food safety and sanitation standards
Working as part of a small team to keep service running smoothly
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organization
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed
Good Communication skills
Must have reliable transportation
