SALT is reopening in April and we are gearing up for a fun, busy Summer on Pearl Street! We are a high-volume restaurant, focused on farm to table cuisine. SALT was founded with the idea of creating a restaurant that was good for the people who ate there, good for the people who worked there, but most importantly good for the earth. SALT has pioneered a new approach for food that tastes great and is humanly and sustainably processed.
Since opening in 2009, SALT has made a commitment to value a culture of respect; respect for ourselves, each other, our clients, and an undying respect for the earth, water, sea and animals. SALT does serve anything factory farmed, and source non-GMO meats, as well as local and organic produce and products. SALT is a double bottom line business, with value on both the financial profit, but also the levels of positive social impact experienced by our actions.
