Santo serves seasonal, modern Northern New Mexican fare, representing Chef/Owner Hosea Rosenberg's twist on the food he grew up on in Taos, NM. The Santo experience evokes the vibrant eating and drinking culture unique to Northern New Mexico. The menu is casual, yet elevated, utilizing natural ingredients.
We serve food and beverage for outdoor dining and indoor at 25% capacity, as well as to-go, 7 days a week.
We are hiring a line cook to join our team. Full or part time available. Must be available on weekends. Pay includes tips.
