West End Tavern’s chefs create delicious, home-style cuisine that features Boulder’s best BBQ, juicy burgers, fantastic salads and creative daily specials.
Line Cooks are responsible for preparing delicious food with craft and intention; in addition to other heart of house duties (prep, set-up, safety, cleaning, breakdown) and assisting the Chefs and the HOH team. Our kitchen crew is paramount to providing a memorable guest experience and creating a positive team environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable and comfortable in a high volume kitchen, working with hot equipment, knives, slicers, etc. We’d love to hear from you if you are interested in working within a fun, fast paced environment and growing with our team.
Here’s the Skinny:
Full-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends, must be flexible)
1 Year Experience in a Professional Kitchen
Team Service Tip Pool Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
Estimated hourly wage $18-$22 per hour (with opportunity to earn more!)
Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance for full-time team members after 3 months
