We’re heading into our 10th season at 19 Raw Oyster Bar & Prime Steakhouse in Edgartown, MA, and we’re looking for a Sous Chef who’s ready to step up.
This is not a “babysit the line” job. This is a leadership role in a high-volume, detail-driven kitchen that takes pride in doing things right.

• Experience with seafood and high-end proteins

We’re a busy seasonal restaurant on Martha’s Vineyard. The pace is real. The standards are high. The team is tight. If you want a quiet coast gig where you clock out early every night, this isn’t it.
