Long standing, casual fine dining restaurant in Erie with a full-time 35+ hr a week opening. Salary starting @ $55K base with a bonus structure. Must have 2+ years of management experience, 5+ years of restaurant experience in casual or fine dining concepts. Must have verifiable experience and references. Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
