We are a fast paced, Farm-to-table restaurant looking for a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Seat guests and manage reservations
Provide menus and inform guests of any daily specials when asked
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized entryway
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
Handle guest concerns and escalate when necessary
Execute timely and accurate take out orders
Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Solid organizational skills
Knowledge of food service etiquette and guest relations is beneficial
