The Den on Eleventh is looking to hire an Executive Chef to run daily kitchen operations. This position requires the following:
-5 days/week
-Full knowledge of food, sanitation and safety protocols throughout the kitchen.
-previous experience running a kitchen
-positive attitude, ability to handle busy hours
-run a line smoothly, with fellow cooks
-vast knowledge of food, recipes and ingredients
-ability to hit labor-food budget goals
-reliable transportation
-excellent knife skills
-ability to work any station on the line
-food manager certification
-full resume with contacts and prior experience
-culinary degree a major plus
