MARIGOLD — FULL TIME SERVER

Lyons, Colorado

Marigold is seeking a full time server to join our small, passionate team in Lyons, Colorado.

Led by two-time James Beard Award semifinalist Chef Theo Adley, Marigold is a destination restaurant rooted in seasonal cooking, intuitive hospitality, and a deep respect for wine and agriculture. Our cuisine draws inspiration from Southern France, Northern Italy, and the Spanish coast, with menus shaped daily by Colorado’s farms and producers.

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 2 years of fine dining serving experience
• A strong foundational knowledge of wine, with enthusiasm for natural and classic producers alike
• Genuine hospitality intuition and emotional intelligence
• Grace under pressure and strong dining room awareness
• The ability to communicate food, wine, and service with confidence and warmth
• A collaborative, team-first mentality

This is a full-time position in a highly detail-oriented dining room where professionalism matters, but pretension does not. We care deeply about creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a supportive and respectful workplace for our staff.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
