Groundskeeper position available at private home in Boulder.
I am looking for a professional, responsible and dependable person for this job. Please be honest, motivated, and no drama. Seasonal work runs from about March through November. Job includes spring and fall cleanups, managing garden beds, shrub beds, trees, decks and patios, irrigation, drainage gutters, and more. Weeding is often time consuming during the seasons. You should be able to move waste material to the Boulder dump. Generally 12 hours per week is about right, usually two days per week. Schedule is flexible depending upon conditions and agreement. I hope you are able to see what needs to be done, and then do it. Experience is necessary, and you should be willing to learn whatever needs to be learned.
