Measuring 20 feet long (25ft trailer), 8.5 feet wide, and 12 feet tall, and weighs about 9,000 lbs. It serves perfectly as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), guesthouse, a private owner's retreat, or a dedicated home office or creative studio. It is also a viable option as a rental unit for short-term or vacation stays, where local codes permit.
The exterior has all natural cedar open jointed cladding in the front and steel siding in the back. The windows are aluminum with double panes and argon filled. The front door is solid mahogany with frosted panels and finished with natural linseed oil.
The interior is lined with natural cedar (it smells wonderful!). The kitchen has plenty of storage and function with a two burner induction cooktop and hood that conveys to the outside. The rubberwood butcherblock is also finished with natural linseed oil. Fridge is included! Also included is the Tuscany Yellow sofa/sleeper which pulls out to a queen sized bed.The bathroom includes a European style flush toilet, rain shower with wand, a storage area, and a backlit mirror over the sink.
Climate is controlled by a 9,000 BTU mini-split. The insulation is Rockwool with R-15 walls, R-25 floor, and R-30 ceiling. Other utilities include the 50 amp RV plug (to NEMA 14-50P on a 25ft extension cord), standard water inlet and outlet, standard sewer/septic, and LP for the instant hot water heater.
